This health startup is in a phase of rapid growth and required consultation and systems to enable this. I worked closely with co-founder, Pietro Pelizzari, to learn more about their stage and goals, then recommended methodologies and structures and created a centralized system to track projects, maintain a live knowledge base, and collaborate across departments. I created templates and processes for new product launches as well as for OKR methods. These organizational systems are customized to their company size and are nimble enough to facilitate rapid growth and be easily built out or adjusted as they grow.
